- 原生质体培养与融合技术是蔬菜作物遗传改良的重要手段。该文对蔬菜原生质体的分离、培养、融合的研究现状及原生质体培养与融合技术在蔬菜作物上的应用做了综述,同时做出展望。
- Abstract:
- The protoplast culture and fusion technology is an important means of genetic improvement of vegetable crops.This paper reviewed status of vegetable protoplasts’isolation,culture,fusion and applications of the technology in vegetable crops.Meanwhile,the prospect was made.
