- 以贝达葡萄为试材,采用槽式栽培法,研究葡萄连作土壤中接种淡紫拟青霉、木霉菌剂和重茬EB菌剂对葡萄连作土壤速效养分及酶活性的影响。结果表明:连作土中施入淡紫拟青霉后,土壤中碱解N和速效P含量降低,速效K的含量升高;木霉菌剂显著提高了连作土壤中速效P和速效K的含量;重茬EB菌剂提高了土壤速效K含量,对土壤碱解N和速效P含量的影响因处理浓度不同而存在差异。3种微生物菌剂均降低了土壤过氧化氢酶活性,提高了土壤转化酶活性,土壤脲酶活性除淡紫拟青霉处理与对照差异不显著外,其它菌剂均提高了连作土壤脲酶活性。
- Abstract:
- Taking Beta grape(V.riparia×V.labrusca)as material,the effect of lilac paecilomyces,trichoderma and EB on available nutrient and enzyme activity of replant soil with Beta planted were studied by using tank culture.The results showed that the contents of available N and available P decreased,and the content of available K increased after inoculating lilac paecilomyces.The contents of available P and available K increased after applying trichoderma.EB increased the content of available K,while its effects on available N and available P were different for different treatment concentrations.Three kinds of microorganism agent decreased catalase activity,and increased surcease activity.There was no significant difference on urease activity between lilac paecilomyces treatment and control,while the urease activity was higher than control after trichoderma and EB treating.
