- 以枸杞为试材,通过对生态有机肥在枸杞上应用效果的调查,分析生态有机肥对枸杞果实品质的影响。结果表明:增施生态有机肥可提高枸杞单果重15.25%;枸杞果实纵横径提高了8.19%和10.67%;产量提高了25.43%。在果实营养成分方面,除硒含量外,增施有机肥处理的果实其它指标均高于对照处理,其中总糖、枸杞多糖、粗脂肪和粗蛋白分别提高了5.38%~7.69%;该生态有机肥具有提高枸杞果实大小和产量的作用,同时可提高枸杞品质,适宜于枸杞生产,有推广应用价值。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lycium barbarum as material,the effect of ecological organic fertilizer on fruit quality on Lycium barbarum was analyzed.The results showed that the average fruit weight could improve 15.25%,the length and width of fruit could improve 8.19% and 10.67%,and the yield of Lycium barbarum could increase 25.43% after apply ecological organic fertilizer.Apart from Se,the nutritional components in the fruits of Lycium barbarum,after apply ecological organic fertilizer,were more than the control.Among these components,total sugar,Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP),crude fat,and crude protein improved from 5.38% to 7.69%.Thus,the ecological organic fertilizer helped in improving fruit’size,yield and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum.It is suitable to production of Lycium barbarum and had popularized worth.
