- 以仙人掌(Opuntia stricta)、万年青(Rohdea japonica)、虎皮兰(Sansevieria trifasciata var.laurentii)、发财树(Pachira macrocar)、苏铁(Cycas revoluta)、鹅掌柴(Schefflera octophylla)6种观赏植物为试材,采用正交实验设计的直观分析法对影响催根的3个因素(基质类型、切根程度、激素浓度)在3个水平上进行试验,以优化观赏植物水培的催根条件。结果表明:6种植物的根系诱导最佳水平分别是发财树(沙-全切根-1 000 mg/kg)、苏铁(沙-不切根-0 mg/kg)、鹅掌柴(珍珠岩、泥炭土-全切根-1 000 mg/kg)、万年青(泥炭土-切1/2根-0 mg/kg)、虎皮兰(泥炭土-切1/2根-0 mg/kg)、仙人掌(沙-切1/2根-1 000 mg/kg)。
- Abstract:
- Taking 6 kinds of ornamental plants of Opuntia stricta,Rohdea japonica,Sansevieria trifasciata,Pachira macrocarpa,Cycas revoluta and Schefflera octophylla as materials,orthogonal design tests on the three factors of affecting force water-root (the matrix type,root level,hormone concentration) were studied,in order to optimize the conditions of root promoting for ornamental crops.The results showed that the optimum level of the matrix type,root level,and hormone concentration of the root systems’induction factors of the six plants were as follow: Pachira macrocarpa(sand;full-cut root;1 000 mg/kg),Cycas revoluta(sand;non-cut root;0 mg/kg);Schefflera octophylla(perlite or peat soil;full-cut root;1 000 mg/kg), Rohdea japonica(peat soil;root pruning 1/2,0 mg/kg),Sansevieria trifasciata (peat soil;root pruning 1/2;0 mg/kg,Opuntia stricta(sand;root pruning 1/2;1 000 mg/kg)。
