- 以“黑仙子1号”、“黑仙子5号”为试材,研究了吊蔓贮藏方式对节瓜果实品质及耐贮性的影响。结果表明:与普通仓库贮藏相比较,吊蔓贮藏节瓜的耐贮性有较为明显的提高;果实含水量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量及可溶性蛋白质含量较高,有机酸含量相对较低;节瓜采用吊蔓方式贮藏有利于减少烂瓜率,延缓果实品质的下降。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Heixianzi-1’ and ‘Heixianzi-5’ as materials,the effect of storage by hanging on the stems on storage characteristics and quality of Chieh-qua fruit were studied by using Benincasa hispida Cogn.var.Chieh-qua How.The results showed that compared with the general storage,the storage by hanging on the stems fruit had better storage characteristics.Higher water content of fruit,soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble protein and lower organic acid content could be kept through storage by hanging on the stems.The results showed that the rotten percentage of fruits could be reduced and the quality declines Chieh-qua fruit could be delayed through storage by hanging on the stems.
