- 以哈密瓜为试材,采用甲基丁香酚(ME)、诱蝇酮(CUE)诱杀雄性成虫和蛋白饵剂假丝酵母丸(TY)、铵盐类合成饵剂醋酸铵(AA)诱杀雄、雌两性成虫的方法,开展了海南反季节大棚哈密瓜园实蝇害虫种群动态与综合防治初步研究。结果表明:哈密瓜园实蝇种类主要有5种,即瓜实蝇Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett)、南亚果实蝇 B.tau (Walker)、橘小实蝇 B.dorsalis(Hendel)、辣椒果实蝇B.latifrons(Hendel) 和普通果实蝇B.caudata (Fabricius);其中,瓜实蝇和南亚果实蝇是哈密瓜园的主要害虫,其优势度指数(D)分别为0.6675与0.2884;冬春茬害虫的种群发生高峰大致出现在5月中下旬。试验表明,铵盐类合成饵剂醋酸铵对瓜实蝇雌虫和南亚果实蝇雌雄虫具有明显的诱捕能力,采用大量诱捕大棚内雌雄两性成虫的诱杀技术与及时处理被害瓜等农业措施相结合方法,综合防治冬春茬哈密瓜实蝇害虫效果显著,在不套袋的情况下被害瓜率与对照瓜园相比下降了22.28百分点。
- Abstract:
- Taking Hami melon as material,the method of methyl eugenol,cuelure trapping male adults and protein bait,ammonium acetate trapping male and female adults of the pests were used.the preliminary study on population dynamics and integrated control of fruit fly pests in anti-season greenhouses Hami melon (Cucumis melo L.) of Hainan Province was conducted in 2013.The results showed that five species of fruit flies including Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett),B.tau (Walker),B.dorsalis (Hendel),B.latifrons (Hendel) and B.caudata (Fabricius) were found in the melon garden.Among which,B.cucurbitae and B.tau were major pests and the dominance index of both species were 0.6675,0.2884 respectively.The population peak of the pests in the melon garden for winter and spring crop appeared from middle to late of May.The test indicated that effect of integrated control against fruit fly pests in anti-season greenhouses Hami melon was remarkable using trapping technology in combination with agricultural measure of treating damage melon on time.The rate of damage melon compared with that of CK garden was depressed by 22.28 percentage point under the condition of melon not bagged.
