- 以“红富士”苹果为试材,对宁夏引黄灌区苹果主产区的中卫、中宁、灵武、青铜峡、吴忠等“红富士”苹果果形指数、单果重、果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量及外观、风味等果实品质主要指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:灵武新华桥2号、中卫、中宁七星渠“红富士”苹果果型好、单果重高、着色均匀,硬度、糖酸比适中,果肉松脆,酸甜适口,水分大,品质最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Red Fuji’ apple as material,the measurement and analysis of the main fruit quality indexes such as fruit shape index,fruit weight,fruit hardness,soluble solids content,titration acid and appearance and flavor with the ‘Red Fuji’ apples produced in Yellow River irrigation area of Zhongwei,Zhongning,Lingwu,Qingtongxia and Wuzhong were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the ‘Red Fuji’ apple of Lingwu Xinhua Bridge No.2 and Zhongwei,Zhongning Qixing canel were ahead of others in the matter of fruit shape,single weight,color uniformity,hardness,sugar,acid,water content,which possessed the best quality.
