- 以枸杞为试材,对宁夏枸杞炭疽病果、病叶进行了组织分离、致病性检测和分子鉴定研究。结果表明:分离获得4株菌株,经致病性检测,有3株菌株有致病性;经形态学鉴定3株致病菌株属炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum);利用真菌保守的rDNAITS序列进行扩增和同源性分析,3株致病菌株与胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)的序列相似性达99.4%。
- Abstract:
- Using Lycium barbarunm L. as testing materials,isolate test,pathogenicity as well as identify the molecular biology of fruits and leaves of Colletotnchum gloeosprioides from Lycium barbarunm L.in Ningxia were conducted.The results showed that 3 strains had pathogenicity by testing for pathogenicity in 4 strains isolated.Through the morphological identification,3 pathognic strains were Colletotrichum.Using fungi conservative sequence of rDNA-ITS amplification and homology analysis,they were Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and sequence similarity were 99.4%.
