- 高质量的RNA是进行植物分子生物学研究的重要前提,由于植物组织细胞内组成成分的复杂多样性,使得植物组织RNA的提取方法具有多样性。现对已报道的异硫氰酸胍法、苯酚-SDS法、CTAB法、改良CTAB法、Trizol法等RNA提取方法在各种植物组织中的研究结果进行概括,旨在为进一步开展RNA提取工作提供参考。
- Abstract:
- High-quality RNA is an important premise to researches on plant molecular biology,since the plant tissue cells are complicated,the extraction methods of RNA from plant tissue are varied.In this paper,the RNA extraction method,such as guanidine isothiocyanate method,SDS-phenol method,CTAB method,improved CTAB method,Trizol method were summarized,in order to provide a reference for future RNA extraction research.
