- 该研究对浙江省7个县(市、区)共87个野菜样本中亚硝酸盐含量进行分析测定,并依据国家标准进行比对和评价,以期为浙江野菜的进一步开发利用提供试验依据。结果表明:浙江省马兰头、荠菜和水芹菜3种森林野菜亚硝酸盐含量均未超过无公害蔬菜安全要求中亚硝酸盐限量标准值,且不同地区野菜样本亚硝酸盐污染指数均小于1,处于限制标准以下和安全清洁的范围内,属安全级产品。
- Abstract:
- 87 samples of wild vegetables in 7 counties of Zhejiang province was assayed,evaluated and compared with national standard.The results showed that the contents of nitrate in Kalimeris indica,Capsella bursa-pastoris and Cryptotaenia japonica did not exceed pollution-free vegetable safety requirements by nitrite limited standard.The nitrite pollution index of samples of different areas of vegetables was less than 1 and belonged to safety foods.
