- 以‘山楂海棠’ ב三叶海棠’杂交后代枝条为试材,采用离体接种鉴定与田间调查鉴定相结合方法对其进行苹果腐烂病抗性鉴定。结果表明:20份材料中评价出高抗资源1份,抗病资源2份,中抗资源1份。
- Abstract:
- Taking the hybrids branches of Malus komarovii (Sarg.) Rehd and Malus sieboldii (Reg.) Rehd as test material,the resistances to Valsa ceratosperma was evaluated by using an artificial inoculation test and field investigation was studied.The results showed that one high resistant germplasm resources,two resistant germplasm resources,and one medium-resistant germplasm resources to Valsa ceratosperma were obtained among twenty hybrids.
