- 以晚熟桃品种“晚西妃”为试材,研究了果实发育后期外层表面白色蜡、内层黄色蜡质,外层表面褐黑色、内层白色蜡纸,外层表面土黄包色、内层黑色蜡纸3种袋型套袋对其果皮丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明:套袋果实果皮MDA含量升高,同时SOD活性和POD活性也相应有较大提高,说明套袋微域环境对果实发育形成一定胁迫,从而诱导了SOD活性和POD活性的上升;外层表面白色蜡纸、内层黄色蜡纸的果袋处理MDA含量最低,POD活性和SOD活性最高,可减轻套袋胁迫所造成的伤害。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Late-maturity Sifi’ peach as test material,the effects of three kinds of fruit bagging that the stencil with white in outer and yellow in inner, the stencil with brown black in outer and white in inner, the stencil with khaki in outer and black in inner on antioxidative enzyme activity of MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity were studied.The results showed that the MDA content in peels of bagged fruit increased,SOD activity and POD activity increased correspondingly.It indicated that fruits stressed by microenvironment of bagging thus being responsible for raise of SOD activity and POD activity.MDA content in peel of fruit bagging with the second kind of bag was lowest,and SOD activity and POD activity were highest,which would reduce the damage of environment stress after bagging.
