- 以滑菇为试材,探讨不同种类维生素对滑菇固体培养的影响,将滑菇一级种分别接种在含有维生素B1(VB1)、维生素B2(VB2)和维生素B12(VB12)的固体平板上,以菌丝平均日长速为考察指标,通过单因素试验确定每种维生素促进滑菇固体生长的最佳浓度,再通过正交实验确定其最佳组合。结果表明:适当浓度的VB1、VB2、VB12均能促进滑菇菌丝的生长,培养滑菇固体生长的最佳方案是VB1 0.13 μg/mL、VB12 0.05 μg/mL、VB2 0.10 μg/mL。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pholiota microspora as material,the effect of different kinds of vitamin on a solid culture of Pholiota microspora were studied.The average daily growth rate of Pholiota microspora mycelium was measured,which inoculated in solid plate including vitamin B1(VB1),vitamin B2(VB2) and vitamin B12(VB12),respectively.Optimal concentration of each vitamin to promote the growth of mycelium and suitable composition were determined by single factor test and orthogonal experiment,respectively.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of VB1,VB2 and VB12could promote the growth of mycelia.The best concentration of vitamins was as follows:VB10.13 μg/mL,VB120.05 μg/mL and VB2 0.10 μg/mL.
