- 以牛膝幼苗为试材,对其叶面喷施不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA),研究IBA对其生长及主要药用成分齐墩果酸、蜕皮甾酮含量的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度IBA处理能促进牛膝地上部分和根的生长,使根的干重增加,并能显著提高根中主要药用成分齐墩果酸、蜕皮甾酮含量,IBA的最佳浓度为1.0 mg/L。但IBA对叶中齐墩果酸含量没有显著影响,使蜕皮甾酮的含量显著降低。
- Abstract:
- Taking seedlings of Achyranthus bidentata as material,the effect of indole butyric acid(IBA)with different concentrations on the growth of Achyranthus bidentata and content of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone were studied.The results showed that 1.0 mg/L IBA treatment significantly increased plant height,root length,root dry weight,and improved the accumulation of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in the root of Achyranthus bidentata.The influence of IBA on content of oleanolic acid was not significant,but IBA significantly inhibited the ecdysterone in leaves.
