砧木树龄和嫁接时间对核桃高接成活的影响

- 以‘绿岭’核桃品种为试材,研究了不同树龄砧木和嫁接时间对核桃高接成活率和新梢生长量的影响,以期提高低劣核桃树高接换优的成活率提供参考。结果表明:4~5年生、6~10年生、11~20年生、>20年生旺长树和>20年生小老树核桃作为砧木的嫁接成活率分别为90.00%、86.42%、79.62%、70.17%和38.60%,4~5年生砧木和6~10年生树龄嫁接的成活率极显著高于其它处理,11~20年生和树龄>20年生的旺长树之间差异不显著,但极显著高于树龄>20年生的小老树;6个不同时间的嫁接成活率分别为47.21%、65.43%、80.62%、85.69%、78.89%、48.01%,4月30日的嫁接成活率显著高于4月26日、5月6日,以上3个时间的嫁接成活率均极显著高于4月20日、4月18日和5月10日,4月20日的嫁接成活率极显著高于4月18日和5月10日;6个不同时间嫁接成活的新梢年平均生长量分别为131.11、141.03、132.73、131.90、87.50 cm,各处理之间均无显著差异。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Lyuling’walnut variety as material,the influence of rootstock in different ages and grafting time on walnut graft survival rate and shoot growth were studied,in order to provide reference to improve the graft survival rate of walnut trees in poor quality.The results showed that,the graft survival rates of walnut rootstocks of 4-5 year-old,6-10 year-old and 11-20 year-old,flourishing trees more than 20 year-old and small old trees more than 20 year-old were 90.00%,86.42%,79.62%,70.17% and 38.60% respectively,the graft survival rates of 4-5 year-old rootstocks and 6-10 year-old rootstock were significantly higher than that of other treatments,there had no significantly different between the graft survival rates of 11-20 year-old rootstocks and flourishing trees elder than 20 year-old,but graft survival rates of 11-20 year-old rootstocks was significantly higher than that of small old trees elder than 20 year-old;the graft survival rates were 47.21%,65.43%,80.62%,85.69%,78.89%,48.01% respectively in 6 different grafting times,the graft survival rates in April 30-th was significantly higher than that in April 26-th and May 6-th,the graft survival rate of the 3 periods were significant higher than those of April 20-th,April 18-th and May 10-th,the graft survival rate of April 20-th was significantly higher than that of April 18-th and May 10-th;The new shoot growth length of 6 grafting periods were 131.11 cm,141.03 cm,132.73 cm,131.90 cm,87.50 cm respectively,and there had no significant difference.
