- 通过广泛的茅苍术田间调查,确定其典型类型,并对其株高、茎粗、花序长度和数目、茎秆数及叶面积等6个指标进行了比较和分析。结果表明:根据叶形和茎形状2个性状将茅苍术分为尖叶茅苍术、尖裂叶茅苍术、圆叶茅苍术、圆裂叶茅苍术和扁茎茅苍术等5个典型类型,其中圆裂叶茅苍术的几个指标均最高;分析发现,株高与花序数和叶面积呈显著相关,茎秆数与花序数和叶面积呈显著相关;该研究系统阐述了茅苍术群体中5种典型类型的形态特征,为研究其群体变异、选育高产优质新品种及品种提纯等工作提供基础。
- Abstract:
- The typical plant type of Atractylodes lancea was established through extensive field investigation,and plant height,stem diameter,length and number of capitulum,stem number,and leaf area were determined.The results showed that five typical types,i.e.,narrow leaf,narrow parted leaf,broad leaf,broad parted leaf,and fasciated stem,were defined according to the leaf and stem shape with the broad-parted leaf one got the highest value of the above parameters.Plantheight and stem number both had significant correlation with capitulum number and leaf area according to correlation analysis.Five typical plant types of cultivated A.lancea were well described,which would facilitate the study of population variation and plant breeding.
