- 以3种延缓衰老中药(丹参、五味子、香菇)提取物为试材,以清除DPPH自由基能力为指标,研究比较了提取溶剂、温度、时间等影响提取工艺的因素对3种提取物抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:使用90%、100%、100%乙醇溶液;提取温度90、100、80℃;提取时间2.5、2.5、0.5 h分别提取丹参、五味子、香菇时,提取液DPPH清除率最高。在上述最佳工艺下,丹参、五味子、香菇提取液的多酚含量分别为4.56、2.51、1.72 mg/mL,此时DPPH清除率分别为89.12%、85.72%、91.07%,并未呈正相关关系,这可能是由于酚类不是起到抗氧化作用的唯一成分。该研究为深入研究延缓衰老中药的保健功能奠定了基础,为中药现代化开发提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Taking three kinds of anti-aging medicine(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes) extract as materials, and the clearing DPPH free radicals as target.The effect of extraction technology on the antioxidant activity of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes were studied.The results showed that the highest DPPH radical scavenging activities of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes extracts were achieved when ethanol solutions of 90%,100%,100%;temperature of 90,100,80℃;time of 2.5,2.5,0.5 h were used respectively.Under the optimization conditions,the total phenols contents of the three herbs extracts were 4.56,2.51,1.72 mg/mL,respectively,and DPPH radical scavenging activities were 89.12%,85.72%,91.07%,which were not related.Phenols were not the only ingredients which contribute to the antioxidant activity.
