- 以珍稀濒危植物毛果木莲幼苗为试材,在100%(RI 100%)、35%(RI 35%)、7.5%(RI 7.5%)3种不同光强下,测定并分析了株高、基茎、叶长、叶宽、比叶面积、平均叶面积和叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量以及类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(Car/Chl)的值。结果表明:随着光强的增加,毛果木莲幼苗基茎增加,而株高、叶长、叶宽、比叶面积和平均叶面积随光强的增加而减少;毛果木莲幼苗的总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随着光强的增加而显著降低,而叶绿素a/b和类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(Car/Chl)随光强的增加而增大。
- Abstract:
- Taking Manglietia ventii seedlings as experimental materials,under three different relative irradiance with 7.5%,35% and 100%,the plant height,basic diameter,leaf length,leaf width,specific leaf area (SLA),mean leaf area(MLA),chlorophyll contents,chlorophyll a/b (Chl a/b),carotenoid contents,and Car/Chl value were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the increase in relative irradiance resulted in an decreased significantly in seedlings plant height,leaf length,leaf width,SLA,MLA,total chlorophyll and carotenoid contents,while seedlings basic diameter,Chl a/b and Car/Chl ratio enhanced.
