- 以文心兰“黄金3号”为试材,采用正交实验设计,研究了文心兰“黄金3号”在不同水平氮磷钾施肥下,植株矿质元素含量及营养生长状况。结果表明:N1、P2、K2有利于假鳞茎对矿质元素的吸收;N2、P2、K2有利于叶片对矿质元素的吸收;不同水平的施氮量对根中矿质元素的含量影响不大,P2、K1有利于根对矿质元素的吸收;不同处理间与不同氮磷钾施肥水平间对文心兰“黄金3号”营养生长的影响显著,N2或N3、P2、K1最有利于文心兰地上部分生长。综上可知,N2(200 mg/L)、P2(100 mg/L)、K1(110 mg/L)最有利于文心兰“黄金3号”生长。
- Abstract:
- Taking Oncidium ‘Golden 3’ as test material,by orthogonal experimental design,at different levels of NPK fertilizer,the mineral element content and nutritional status of Oncidium‘Golden 3’ were studied.The results showed that N1,P2,K2 were conducive to the absorption of mineral elements in pseudobulb.N2,P2,K2 were conducive to the absorption of mineral elements in leaves.Different levels of N fertilizer had little effect on the content of mineral elements in roots.P2,K1 were conducive to the absorption of mineral elements in roots.Different treatments and different levels of NPK fertilizer showed a significant impact on the vegetative growth of Oncidium ‘Golden 3’.N2 or N3,P2,K1 were most conducive to the growth of the aboveground part.Based on the above analysis of the results,N2 (200 mg/L),P2 (100 mg/L), K1 (110 mg/L) were most conducive to Oncidium ‘Golden 3’ growth.
