- 以辣椒品种"09113”和"190”为试材,在山东平度和新疆库尔勒2个不同生态试验点研究不同施肥水平对干制辣椒产量和活性物质含量的影响。结果表明:化肥的施用增产效果比有机肥明显;2倍适量化肥产量最大,在平度试验点比对照平均增产为70.19%,在库尔勒试验点比对照平均增产为39.27%;有机肥对辣椒碱含量增加较为明显,施入量为1倍量时达到最大值。
- Abstract:
- Taking‘09113’and‘190’as the materials,in order to investigate the effect of different fertilizer levels on pepper yield and content of active substance in two different ecological experiment fields which were in Shandong Pindu and Xinjiang Korla respectively.The results showed that the use of fertilizer treatment increased production higher than the use of organic fertilizer;two times fertilizer treatment had the highest production;in Pingdu test field fertilizer treatment had 70.19% higher production than in control, in the korla test field average yield 39.27% increase compared with CK;organic fertilizer could increase the content of capsaicin significantly,amount of one time organic fertilizer could get the highest content of capsaicin.
