- 以内蒙古地区主要的飞播植物小叶锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿为试材,研究比较了NK-Ⅱ-298、NK-Ⅱ-888和NK-Ⅱ-16 3种生根剂对其生长和生理性状的影响。结果表明:不同的生根剂对3种锦鸡儿的株高和生物量影响不同,但对锦鸡儿最终生长状况没有影响;不同植物、不同指标对生根剂的响应结果并不一致。3种生根剂均显著提高小叶锦鸡儿的净光合速率,仅生根剂NK-Ⅱ-16 提高了中间锦鸡儿净光合速率,生根剂NK-Ⅱ-888 和NK-Ⅱ-16 显著提高了柠条锦鸡儿净光合速率;柠条锦鸡儿叶绿素b 含量受到生根剂的促进作用影响显著。该试验结果表明,将生根剂用于这3种植物种群构建的促进作用并不显著,且不同种锦鸡儿对不同生根剂具有植物特异性反映。
- Abstract:
- Taking main aerial sowing forages Canagana microphylla,C.intermedia and C.korshinskii as test materials,the effect of three different rhizogenic agent NK-Ⅱ-298,NK-Ⅱ-888 and NK-Ⅱ-16 on seeding growth and eco-physiology characteristics of them were studied.The results showed that utilization of rhizogenic agents affected plant height and biomass of plants and difference was found between species,however,their final growth performance was not affected.All three rhizogenic agents increased the net photosynthetic efficiency of C.microphylla significantly,only NK-Ⅱ-16 increased the net photosynthetic efficiency of C.intermedia,and NK-Ⅱ-888 and NK-Ⅱ-16 increased the net photosynthetic efficiency of C.korshinskii.For chlorophyll contents,only chlorophyll b of C.korshinskii was increased by three rhizogenic agents.Response to rhizogenic agents varied for different Canagana species.
