- 以12种市售药剂为试材,通过测定抑菌圈和菌落生长速率,筛选对豇豆枯萎病菌抑菌效果好的药剂。结果表明:在抑菌效果及药效持久性方面异菌脲表现最佳,其次是戊唑醇、百菌清和己唑醇,而百菌清和己唑醇2种处理的药效持久性差,其余药剂处理与CK无显著差异。菌落生长速率结果表明,异菌脲处理的菌丝体矮小、稀疏,并无孢子形成,具有良好的抑菌杀菌效果,其次是戊唑醇、百菌清、己唑醇和代森锰锌4种药剂处理,其菌落生长缓慢,边缘菌丝生长不良,说明有一定的抑菌效果,其它药剂处理的抑菌杀菌效果不明显。
- Abstract:
- Taking commercially available 12 pesticides as materials,inhibition zone and bacterial colony rate were determined,antibacterial effect to Fusarium wilt were measured.The results showed that the iprodione was best in the antibacterial effect and persistence.Next were tebuconazole alcohol,chlorothalonil,hexaconazole.Persistence of chlorothalonil and hexaconazole were poor.The rest of the pharmaceutical treatment had no significant effect.The results of colony growth rate showed that antibacterial bactericidal effect of iprodione was good,which mycelium was dry,formed no spore,and nearly died under treatment of iprodione.Tebuconazole alcohol,chlorothalonil,hexaconazole and mancozeb were secondary,with short stature at the edge of the mycelium and poor growth,which showed there was some inhibitory bactericidal effect.Inhibitory bactericidal effects of other pharmaceutical treatment were not significant.
