- 该文对我国近年来在野生扁桃群体遗传结构、栽培扁桃品种亲缘关系SSR分析、扁桃种质的RAPD、ISSR和AFLP分析、扁桃品种授粉生物学、自交不亲和性及资源抗寒性等方面的研究概况进行了综述;建议今后应进一步采用常规有性杂交与现代生物技术有机结合的技术路线,选育并推广自交亲和与丰产优质的扁桃新品种,同时开展扁桃种质资源分子生物学的研究,为扁桃丰产栽培和遗传改良提供重要的科学依据。
- Abstract:
- The wild almond population genetic structure,almond varieties cultivated phylogenetic relationship analysis of SSR and almond varieties RAPD,ISSR and AFLP analysis,almond cultivars and pollination biology,self-incompatibility and self incompatibility research were reviewed in our country in recent years;and some suggestions for future research were put forward,such as using a technical route combined conventional sexual hybridization with modern biotechnology to breed and promote new almond varieties which were self-compatibility with high yield and quality;meanwhile,doing some research on almond germplasm and molecular biology research,to provide important scientific basis for fertility cultivation and genetic improvement.
