- 以春兰‘宋梅’根状茎为试材,研究了NAA及活性炭对春兰根状茎增殖的影响,并通过正交设计筛选有利于根状茎芽分化和幼苗生根的培养基。结果表明:NAA和活性炭均能不同程度促进根状茎的增殖与生长;1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为根状茎芽分化的最适培养基;1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+活性炭2.0 g/L为春兰组培苗生根的最适培养基。
- Abstract:
- With rhizomes of Cymbidium goeringii ‘Songmei’ as explants,the effects of plant growth regulators (NAA) and activated charcoal on multiplication of rhizomes were studied,the media components for differentiation and rooting were screened by orthogonal test.The results showed that NAA and activated charcoal could promote the multiplication and growth of rhizomes in different degrees.For differentiation it was the best on 1/2MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA.As for rooting,1/2MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IBA and 2.0 g/L activated charcoal was the best.
