- 以金边虎尾兰为试材,采用熏气箱试验方法,研究了苯及甲醛复合胁迫对金边虎尾兰超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及叶绿素(Chl)含量、超氧自由基(O·2)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸(Pro)含量的影响。结果表明:随着苯及甲醛复合胁迫浓度的增加,金边虎尾兰光合作用受到限制,Chl含量下降;O·2含量、MDA含量以及Pro含量不断积累增加;SOD活性和POD活性增加而CAT活性下降。总体来看,苯及甲醛复合胁迫下的SOD活性、POD活性和CAT活性变化是一种较为复杂的交互作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Sansevieria trifasciatavar ‘Laurentii’ as test material,through the fumigation test,the effects on activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT),as well as the contents of chlorophyll (Chl),superoxide radical (O·2),malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) in Sansevieria trifasciatavar ‘Laurentii’ under the combined stress of benzene and formaldehyde were studied.The results showed that as the benzene and formaldehyde concentration increasing,the photosynthesis was limited,the chlorophyll content decreased while the contents of superoxide radical(O·2),malondialdehyde (MDA) increased.Meanwhile,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) increased while catalase (CAT) activity reduced.Generally speaking,the change of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) under benzene and formaldehyde combined stress was a complicated interaction.
