- 以切花菊品种‘神马’为试材,研究了菊花花芽分化期超微弱发光、荧光和磷光发光强度以及核酸含量的变化。结果表明:菊花花芽分化起动期(Ⅱ)与未分化期(Ⅰ)相比,超微弱发光强度提高178.5%,荧光和磷光发光强度分别提高133.4%和141.3%,DNA和RNA含量分别增加162.2%和132.1%,在总苞分化期(Ⅲ)、小花原基分化期(Ⅳ)和花冠形成期(Ⅴ),超微弱发光和荧光强度和DNA含量逐渐下降;磷光强度和RNA含量在Ⅲ期继续增加,之后在Ⅳ期和Ⅴ期下降;而长日照处理的对照菊花超微弱发光、荧光和磷光发光强度以及DNA和RNA含量变化幅度较小,基本保持较稳定的状态,表明菊花花芽分化期叶片生物发光水平提高,并与核酸代谢密切相关。
- Abstract:
- Taking Dendranthema grandiflorium (Ramat.) Kitam.‘Shenma’ as materials,the dynamic changes of bioluminescence intensity and contents of nucleic acid in chrysanthemum leaves during floral differentiation were studied.The results showed that the intensities of ultraweak luminescence,fluorescence and phosphorescence,and contents of DNA and RNA were increased 178.5%,133.4%,141.3%,162.2% and 132.1% respectively at initial stage of floral bud differentiation (Ⅱ) compared with those of control plants,then intensities of ultraweak luminescence,fluorescence and content of DNA reduced slowly respectively at the stage of involucre primordial differentiation (Ⅲ),the stage of floret primordial differentiation(Ⅳ) and the stage of crown form (Ⅴ),while phosphorescence intensity and RNA content increased continuously,and then decreased.But all of indexes of above maintained stable status during all stages of controls of non-short day treatments.This suggested that the bioluminescence intensity increased,and close relative to nucleic acid metabolism of leaves during differentiation of chrysanthemum.
