- 以4个品种宝巾花“水红”、“金心双色”、“青叶白”、“青叶紫”的枝条和“水红”盆苗为试材,研究不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射对宝巾花成活率、萎蔫率、变异率、盆苗生长的影响。结果表明:辐射可促进、延缓或抑制扦插条的生长,如“水红”和“青叶紫”在20、30 Gy时的成活率以及“青叶白”在10、20 Gy时的成活率均较对照高;辐射使扦插条的叶子出现多种变异症状;4个品种对辐射的耐受性从强到弱依次为:“青叶紫”、“水红”、“青叶白”、“金心双色”。
- Abstract:
- Taking the branches of four varieties of Bougainvillea glabra ‘Red basin’,‘Golden heart double color’,‘Green leaves purple’,‘Green leaves white’ and the seedlings of ‘Red basin’ as materials,the effect of different doses of 60Co-γ radiation on survival rate,withered bud rate,variation rate and the growth of seedlings were studied.The results showed that the radiation can promote,delay or inhibit the growth of cutting line,for example,the survival rate of ‘Red basin’ and ‘Green leaves purple’ at 20 Gy and 30 Gy,and ‘Green leaves white’ at 10 Gy and 20 Gy were higher than the contrasts;radiation made the leaves of the cutting appearing various variation symptoms;tolerance of the 4 varieties of radiation from strong to weak was:‘Green leaves purple’,‘Red basin’,‘Green leaves white’,‘Golden heart double color’.
