- 以7个有代表性的早熟(“十月红紫菜薹”、“湘红二号”、“早丰红菜薹”、“九月鲜菜薹”)、中熟(“二早子红油菜薹”)、晚熟(“胭脂红菜薹”)和农家品种紫菜薹种子为试材,研究了不同浓度盐胁迫对紫菜薹种子萌发指标及幼苗中叶绿素含量的影响,以期为紫菜薹在新疆金三角地区的引种栽培提供试验支持。结果表明:盐胁迫条件下,7个品种均表现出一定的耐盐性,其中“早丰红菜薹”及“十月红紫菜薹”的耐受性最强;“早丰红菜薹”的叶绿素含量较高,“湘红二号”的叶绿素含量最低,其它6个品种间叶绿素含量差异不显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking early-maturation(‘Shiyuehongzicaitai’,’Xianghong No.2’,.Zaofeng hongcaitai’,.Jiuyuexiancaitai’),middle maturation(‘Erzaozihongyoucaitai’),late maturation(‘Yanzhihongcaitai’) and farm variety of seven varieties of Brassica campestris seeds as materials,the effects of salt stress on germination of Brassica campestris seeds and the chlorophyll content of the seedlings were studied,in order to provide support for the introduction and cultivation of Brassica campestris in Xinjiang Golden Triangle region.The results showed that 7 collected varieties had shown a certain degree of salt tolerance under salt stress.The strongest tolerance was ‘Zaofeng hongcaitai’ and ‘Shiyuehongzicaitai’.The chlorophyll content of ‘Zaofenghongcaitai’ was higher,the chlorophyll content of ‘Xianghong No.2’ was the lowest,the chlorophyll content difference of the other six varieties was not significant.
