- 采用Tessier连续提取法,分析了葫芦岛市杨家杖子钼矿区土壤中重金属的形态分布,探讨了重金属在土壤中的生物活性特征,研究植物对重金属的吸收特性以及重金属在植物体内的分布特征,以期为治理钼矿区土壤重金属污染的植物修复技术提供理论支持。结果表明:采场周边山地可交换态Cd、Cu、Zn含量最高;排土场周边耕地可交换态Zn、Mo、Cu含量最高;尾矿库周边耕地可交换态Cd、Zn、Mo含量最高,对植物的有效性和毒性最大。通过对土壤中重金属可利用态与作物体内重金属含量的相关性分析发现,土壤中Zn、Cd的有效态含量和作物籽粒内的5种重金属含量间有着极显著的或弱的负相关关系,其余元素间的相关性都不显著。
- Abstract:
- The pollution degree of soil heavy metal is rather serious in Yangjiazhangzi molybdenum mine area in Huludao city.The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the chemical form distribution of soil heavy metals on phytoavailability and the transfer and accumulation of the heavy metals in soil-plant (ryegrass) system.The results showed that the content of exchangeable Cd,Cu and Zn in surrounding mountain area around stopes was the highest;the content of exchangeable Zn,Mo and Cu of the farmland around waste dumps was the highest;the content of exchangeable Cd,Zn and Mo of the farmland around tailing pond was the highest.All those factors had the highest effectiveness and toxity on plants.Through the correlation analysis on the usability of heavy metal in soil and the content of heavy metal in crops,it found that there existed very apparently weak or strong negative correlation between the available contents of Zn and Cd in soil and the contents of five kinds of heavy metals in crop seeds.
