- 以“四季白尖叶”和“澳立红芙蓉”莴苣品种为试材,以当地水样为基准0 mmol/L NaCl浓度,研究了5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50 mmol/L NaCl胁迫对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下,2个莴苣品种的发芽率、根长、根重、苗高、苗重均随NaCl浓度的增加呈下降趋势,其中“四季白尖叶”的发芽率和苗重均在浓度为15 mmol/L时显著下降;“澳立红芙蓉”的发芽率在浓度为20 mmol/L时显著下降,其苗重在浓度为30 mmol/L显著低于对照。2个品种的根长、根重、苗高均在浓度为15 mmol/L时显著低于对照。通过比较根与幼苗生长情况发现,NaCl对根的影响较大,不同的品种对NaCl胁迫的耐受性不同,“澳立红芙蓉”较“四季白尖叶”更耐NaCl胁迫。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Four seasons white tip’ lettuce and ‘Aoli Red hibiscus’ as the experimental materials,and the sample of water of local as the basic of concentration of NaCl as 0 mmol/L,the effect of different NaCl stresses(5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50 mmol/L NaCl) on seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that the germination rate,root length,root weight,seedling height and seedling weight of the two cultivars of lettuce pointed a significant downward trend when the NaCl concentration increased.The germination of ‘Four seasons white tip’ lettuce decreased significantly as the concentration of NaCl was 15 mmol/L,the germination of ‘Aoli red hibiscus’ descended distinctively while the concentration was 20 mmol/L,and its seedling weight was remarkable lower than CK as the concentration was 30 mmol/L.The root length,root weight and seedling weight of the varieties in lettuce were lower than CK when the concentration 15 mmol/L.It was found that root was affected greater than seedling under NaCl stress by comparison the situation the root and seedling growth.It said that different varieties had shown varying degrees of tolerance to NaCl.‘Aoli red hibiscus’ was better than ‘Four seasons white tip’ lettuce for tolerate NaCl.
