- 为了提高无刺槐硬枝扦插育苗成活率,在日光温室内应用电热线加温技术,采用黑、白2种地膜覆盖、不同浓度NAA、不同扦插枝条部位、不同扦插基质等综合技术手段进行了育苗技术试验。结果表明:黑地膜覆盖、NAA 200 mg/L,扦插基质采用沙1/2+基质1/2,扦插枝条选择基部时处理效果最好,育苗成活率显著提高。
- Abstract:
- In order to increase survival rate of Robinia pseudoacacia var.inermis hard-wood cutting propagation,the effects of electrically-heated-line heating technique,black and white plastic film mulching,different concentrations of NAA,different cutting parts of branchs,different cutting of medium etc, comprehensive technologies cutting propagation technical experiments in the sunlight greenhouse were studied.The results showed that when use plastic film mulching,NAA 200 mg/L,sand 1/2+medium 1/2 as cutting medium,cutting parts of branchs choice basal part,the effect was the best,the hard-wood cutting propagation survival rate obviously improved.
