- 为探究不同果蔬提取物对铁皮石斛原球茎分化苗的促根效果,选用100 g/L的香蕉、马铃薯、苹果、番茄、椰子5种果蔬提取物对铁皮石斛原球茎分化苗进行诱根研究。结果表明:5种提取物对铁皮石斛原球茎分化苗均具有促进根系生长的作用,其中以100 g/L的香蕉提取物诱导根效果最佳,生根时间30 d,平均生根条数8.7条、平均根系长度达6.4 cm;其次是马铃薯和苹果提取物;番茄与椰子提取物的促根效果相对较差。
- Abstract:
- Taking roots of banana,potatoes,apples,tomato,coconut for 100 g/L as material,the effect of five kinds of fruit and vegetable extracts on the root-inducing of seedlings differentiated from Dendrobium officinale stem were studied.The results showed that five kinds of extracts of sheet iron Dendrobium protocorm differentiated seedlings had promote root growth effect,among which 100 g/L banana extracts had the best root-inducing effect,with root time 30 d,the average number of root article 8.7,average root length of 6.4 cm;followed by potato and apple extracts.Root-inducing effect of tomatoes and coconut extracts was relatively poor.
