- 以黑果枸杞种子为试材,研究了基质对其种子发芽及不同移栽方式对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:应用育苗基质的种子发芽率、发芽势、移栽成活率等要好于土壤。出苗90~120 d后幼苗可进行大田定植,如不在此时定植的可在2个月进行分苗移栽,有利于幼苗生长,移栽到育苗基质中幼苗的生长情况要好于土壤中。
- Abstract:
- With Lycium ruth enicum seeds as materials,the effect of matrix on germination and effect of transplanting methods on growth were studied.The results showed that seeding in matrix were better than in soil on germination rate,germination energy and transplanting survival rate.Transplanting in matrix were better for growth after two months.The seeding could plant in open field after 90~120 d.
