- 以日本无刺楤木为试材,研究了反季节栽培模式下不同根径粗度、株高及不同加温方式对苗木芽长及芽叶产量的影响,以期探讨不同采收方式对采收次数.及产量的影响。结果表明:日本无刺楤木反季节生产应选择根径粗度8 mm以上,高度30~45 cm,木质化程度高、顶芽饱满的当年生苗木;温度控制在9~32℃,相对湿度在80%以上时日本无刺楤木苗木在栽植46 d后萌芽,在萌芽24 d后可采收;采收方式为保留顶芽采摘,每年可采收3次以上,平均单株总产量为18.26 g以上。
- Abstract:
- Taking Aralia elata var.inermis as materials,effect of different root diameter coarser,plant height and different heating method on terminal bud yield of average single plant were studied,and influence of different harvest method on harvest time and yield were discussed.The results showed that,the counter-season production of Aralia elata var.inermis should select the root diameter coarser than 8 mm and the plant height from 30 to 45 cm,and the nursery stock should have a high degree of lignification with full terminal bud of the annual wood;then the temperature should be controlled ranging from 9~32℃ and the relative humidity should be kept above 80%.In this case,the Aralia elata var.inermis would germinate after 46 days,the tender shoots reach the standard of harvesting after 24 days.It would be harvested more than 3 times yearly with the way of picking without terminal bud,and the yield of average single plant was more than 18.26 g.
