- 以凉粉草为试材,采用鸡粪和鸡粪加复合肥作基肥进行栽培试验,研究了不同基肥处理对药用植物凉粉草植株生长及效益的影响。结果表明:各基肥处理与对照相比,植株茎蔓长增加5.5~7.9 cm,分枝增加27.7~49.3条,药材产量增加121.2~214.8 kg/667m2;以鸡粪4 kg/m2的处理效果最佳,植株茎蔓最长、分枝最多、产量最高,投入产出比也高达1∶5.37。说明基肥能促进凉粉草植株生长和增加分枝数,显著提高药材产量及效益。
- Abstract:
- Taking Dendrobium chrysotoum as material,the chemical constituents of D.chrysotoum under different cultivation modes and attached plants were measured.The results showed that it had dendrobium amylose,mineral elements and amino acids,and it could take as alternative for D.nobile to meet market demanding.Both cultivation mode and attached plant could impact the content of all chemical constituents.
