- 以滇楸为试材,100%田间持水量为对照,采用大棚内盆栽法,研究了干旱胁迫(70%田间持水量)对其生理指标变化的影响,以揭示滇楸幼苗在干旱胁迫下的生理生态特性和适应性。结果表明:叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素a含量、总叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/叶绿素b在干旱胁迫下显著降低,而类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素b含量无显著变化;可溶性蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照,超氧化物歧化酶活性极显著高于对照。这些生理指标的变化是滇楸幼苗抵御干旱胁迫的一种积极响应,在干旱胁迫条件下,植株叶片内可溶性蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量及抗氧化酶活性增加,说明滇楸能通过渗透调节系统及抗氧化酶系统来抵御干旱胁迫。
- Abstract:
- Taking Catalpa fargesii Bur.f.duclouxii seedlings as experiment material,with wellwatered (100% FC) as CK,the effect of drought stress(70% FC) on physiological characterstics of Catalpa fargesii Bur.f.duclouxii seedlings was studied,in order to reveal the physiological and ecological characteristics and adaptability of drought stress.The results showed that soil drought significantly decreased contents of leaf relative water,chlorophyll a (Chl a) content,total chlorophyll (T Chl) content and Chl a/b.While the contents of chlorophyll b (Chl b) and carotenoid (Car) content pigment were not significantly varied;the soluble proteins content,the proline content and CAT activity,as well as the POD activity and SOD activity were increased evidently.These results reveal that Catalpa fargesii Bur.f.duclouxii seedlings increased their drought resistance by changing their physiological properties.The drought stress promoted the soluble proteins content,proline content and improved the antioxidative enzymes activities,which suggested the Catalpa fargesii seedlings could resist drought stress by improving its antioxidative enzymes activities and osmotic regulation system.
