- 对新疆农业科学院南繁试验基地的得青枯病的番茄植株进行病原菌分离,采用细菌16S rDNA测序方法进行鉴定。结果表明:鉴定出致病菌为番茄青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum),并探讨了南繁番茄青枯病的防治策略。
- Abstract:
- Pathogens was separated from the disease tomato plants,which came from off-season bread area of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and it was indentified by the method of bacteria 16S rDNA.The results showed that the pathogen was Ralstonia solanacearum,and the strategies of prevention and treatment for tomato bacterial wilt in off-season bread area were discussed.
