- 以凤仙花苗为试材,研究不同氮素形态处理对其光合色素含量及光合荧光参数的影响。结果表明:氮素处理均能有效促进叶绿素积累,且T5处理(全铵态氮,100%NH4+)时光合色素含量显著高于其它处理组。和CK相比,Fv/Fm、Yield、ETR、qP值有所提高,且T3处理(硝铵比50∶50)时最显著。因此,适量增加硝态氮比例,有利于促进凤仙花生长、且硝铵比为50∶50较好。
- Abstract:
- Using Impatiensbalsamina seedlingsasthematerials,theimpactofdifferentnitrogenformsonchlorophyllcontentandphotosyntheticfluorescenceparametersofImpatiensbalsaminawerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatdealingwithnitrogenformscouldeffectivelypromotetheaccumulationof Impatiensbalsamina chlorophyll,besides,inT5(100%NH+4),thecontentsofphotosyntheticpigmentobviouslyrisemuchhigher.InT3(NO-3∶NH+4=50∶50),levelof Fv/Fm,Yield,ETR,qP wasmuchhighercomparingwithCK.Thus,appropriatelyincreasingproportionoftricnitrogenwasgoodfor Impatiensbalsamina’sgrowing,NO3-∶NH4+ratioof50∶50wasbetter.
