- 对从不同产地引进的4个金银花品种在东营市盐碱地进行种植,研究比较了盆栽和在不同含盐量的大田种植对金银花生长和产量的影响。结果表明:盆栽试验中4个品种均有一定的耐盐性,在含盐量10~7.0 g/kg浓度下影响均较小,盐浓度大于7.0 g/kg会严重影响金银花生长,甚至导致死亡,4个品种中“大毛花”的耐盐程度稍微好于其它3个品种,但差异不显著;在大田栽培试验中,4个品种都能在盐碱含量3.5%以下的土壤生长,其中“四季花”产量最高,药用成分含量也最高,可以作为中草药在盐碱地推广种植。
- Abstract:
- 4 varieties of Lonicera japonica introduced from different areas were planted in salinealkali soil in Dongying of Shandong.The effect of potting and field planting with different soil content on the growth and yield of Lonicera japonica were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of salt solution in pot experiment had an inhibition effect on the growth of Lonicera japonica.In the salt concentration 1.0~7.0 g/kg,the influence was less,when it was more than 7.0 g/kg,the inhibition effect was strong,even die.Among 4 varieties,the salt tolerance of ‘Damaohua’ was better than the others,but the difference was not significant;in the field experiment,4 varieties could all grow in salinealkali soil below 3.5% salt content,and the yield and medicinal ingredients of ‘Sijihua’ was the highest,so it could be popularized and planted as a Chinese herbal medicine in salinealkali soil.
