- 以盆栽矮牵牛为试材,研究了以不同比例醋糟配制的有机基质对矮牵牛生长形态指标和生理指标的影响,以期筛选出适合矮牵牛生长的最优醋糟基质配方。结果表明:醋糟、草炭和蛭石体积比为3∶1∶1的基质处理为矮牵牛生长的最佳适宜配方,其容重为0338 g/cm3,pH 6.6,EC值为1.64 mS/cm,有机质含量47.2%,总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、总钾(TK)含量分别为14.7 g/kg、2.0 g/kg、4.6 g/kg,有效氮、磷、钾含量分别为2.04 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、0.75 g/kg;与常规对照相比,该基质栽培下的矮牵牛平均株高、冠幅、地上部鲜生物量、开花比例分别增加了14.8%、48.1%、53.1%、31.0%。
- Abstract:
- Taking potted Petunia hyhrida vilm flowers as test materials,different proportion matrix of vinegar residue,peatmoss and vermiculite were evaluated as substrates,the physico chemical properties of matrix,morphological and physiological characteristics of flowers were measured,in order to screen the optimal matrix formula for Petunia hyhrida Vilm.The results showed that volume ratio of matrix with vinegar residue∶peatmoss∶vermiculite as 3∶1∶1 was the best appropriate formula for the growth of Petunia hyhrida Vilm with bulk density 0.38 g/cm3,pH 6.6,TN 14.7 g/kg,TP 2.0 g/kg,TK 4.6 g/kg,available N,P and K 2.04 g/kg,0.50 g/kg,0.75 g/kg,respectively.Comparing with conventional control treatment,the average plant height ofPetunia hyhrida Vilm,crown breadth,biomass of overground,flowering proportion increased 14.8%,48.1%,53.1% and 31.0%,respectively.
