- 以普通型“春艳”和短枝型“超红短枝”桃为试材,研究了2种类型桃叶片中各项生理生化指标与光合速率的关系,以期为桃树优良短枝型品种的选育和高效矮化密植提供理论依据。结果表明:桃叶片光合速率在普通型和短枝型间达到了差异极显著水平;净光合速率与光合有效辐射、蒸腾速率、叶片温度呈显著正相关;短枝型桃的光合速率、叶绿素含量、比叶重均高于普通型桃。
- Abstract:
- Taking general type of peach ‘Chunyan’ and spur type ‘Super red spur’ as materials,the correlation between the physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves of peach and photosynthetic rate in different growing type peaches were studied,in order to provide theoretical basis for breeding of excellent dwarf cultivars and dwarf density planting pattern.The results showed that there were significant difference of photosynthetic rate in leaves of peach between two types peaches;net photosynthetic rate showed significant positive correlation between photosynthetically active radiation,transpiration rate,leaf temperature;the photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight in dwarf type peach were higher than the general type of peach.
