- 红豆杉是抗癌药紫杉醇及其半合成前体的重要来源,近几十年受到了广泛关注。现对红豆杉的资源概况进行了系统阐述,着重介绍了红豆杉的化学成分、药用价值及紫杉醇的药理作用,并对红豆杉中紫杉醇的开发以及红豆杉的经济效益、生态效益和绿化价值进行综述,以期对红豆杉开发利用提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Taxus chinensis is the important source of paclitaxel the anti-cancer drug taxol and its’ semi-synthetic precursors,and it received widespread attention in recent decades.In this article,the resources were described,mainly focused on the chemical constituents,medicinal value and pharmacological action of paclitaxel.The development of paclitaxel from Taxus chinensis and the economic benefit,ecological benefit and green value were summarized in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization.
