- 采用Cardy Meter便携式养分快速诊断仪对土壤以及植物叶片中的NO3-和K+的含量进行了速测,并与目前实验室常规的测定方法进行了分析比较。结果表明:采用Cardy Meter仪测定的NO3-和K+含量与采用连续流动分析仪测定的NO3-以及火焰光度计测定的K+均呈现高度的相关性,说明Cardy Meter系列可以作为田间氮、钾的快速营养诊断仪器在实际生产中应用。
- Abstract:
- A portable diagnosis instrument ‘Cardy Meter’ was used to quickly test NO3-and K+content in soil and plant samples and compared with the measured values in laboratory.The results showed that high correlations were investigated between the test values measured with Cardy Meter and analyzing method of continue flow analysis for NO3-and flame photometry (FP) method for K+ in laboratory.It also validated that Cardy Meter could be used as a nitrogen and potassium quick diagnosis instrument in field condition.
