- 以当年生油楠幼苗为试材,采用盆栽土培法,研究了0.0%(CK)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0% 6种不同浓度NaCl溶液盐胁迫处理对油楠幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的增大,苗高增量逐渐降低,相对电导率不断增大,MDA含量增加,脯氨酸含量呈现先降后升的变化趋势,叶绿素含量则呈现先升后降的变化趋势。
- Abstract:
- Taking one-year-old Sindora glabra seedlings as materials,pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of salt(NaCl 0.0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%) stress on growth and physiological characteristics of Sindora glabra seedlings.The results showed that with the increasing concentrations of salt(NaCl) stress,height increment decreased,relative electric conductivity increased;MDA content increased,proline content decreased and then increased slightly with the increase of salt concentration.chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased.
