- 以云南省农业科学院花卉研究所组培中心继代2代的大花满天星和小花满天星组培瓶苗为试材,以MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖3%+琼脂0.65%为基本配方,研究了添加不同浓度的BA(0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0 mg/L)和KT(0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0 mg/L)对其组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明:小花满天星组培苗增殖BA适宜浓度为2.0 mg/L、增殖倍数为15倍,KT适宜浓度为1.0 mg/L、增殖倍数为8倍;大花满天星组培苗增殖BA适宜浓度为1.0 mg/L、增殖倍数为10倍,KT适宜浓度为1.0 mg/L、增殖倍数为9倍,该试验可为不同满天星组培苗增殖提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Taking big flower Gypsophila paniculata and the floret Gypsophila paniculata at Institute of Flower,Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as materials,MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+Sucrose 3%+Agar 0.65% as the essential formula,the effect of adding different concentrations of BA (0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0 mg/L) and KT (0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0 mg/L) on the the seedling proliferation were studied.The results showed that the best BA concentration for the floret Gypsophila paniculata proliferation was 2.0 mg/L,the proliferation multiple was 15,and the best KT concentration for the floret Gypsophila paniculata proliferation was 1.0 mg/L,with proliferation multiple 8 times;the best BA concentration for big flower Gypsophila paniculata proliferation was 1.0 mg/L,the proliferation multiple was 10,and the best KT concentration for big flower Gypsophila paniculata proliferation was 1.0 mg/L,with proliferation multiple 9 times;this could provide a reference for different varieties of Gypsophila paniculata.
