- 利用基质培技术,对5个黑番茄品种进行引种试验,调查了各植物学性状、果实商品性状、果实品质及产量。结果表明:“黑斑马”植株长势较强,“黑梨”和“黑珍珠”长势中等,“蓝果”长势较弱;“黑梨”第1穗花节位高度低、总花序数多,始花期早;“黑梨”果型较好,果皮厚度中等;“黑珍珠”可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和有机酸含量均显著高于其它品种,“黑梨”维生素C含量和可溶性固形物含量较高,且产量最高。从综合角度看,大果型品种中,“黑梨”和“黑斑马”可在生产中作为特色品种引进并推广,小果型品种“黑珍珠”也可作为特色品种在生产上引进并推广。
- Abstract:
- Through the substrate culture technology,five black tomato cultivars were chosen to study the botanical character,trade traits of fruit,quality and yield of tomato.The results showed that the plant growth of ‘Heibanma’ was better,plant growth of ‘Heili’ and ‘Heizhenzhu’ were medium,‘Languo’ growth was weaker.The beginning flower sites of ‘Heili’ was lower,initial flowering was early.The fruit type of ‘Heili’ was well,pericarp thickness was medium.Organic acids,soluble solids and soluble sugar were higher than others,VC content and soluble solids were relative high,and its yield was the highest.In conclusion,‘Heili’ could be introduced and pushed out as a lager fruit varieties breed for production,‘Heizhenzhu’ could be introduced and pushed out as a small fruit varieties breed for production.
