- 以大岩桐(Sinningia speciosa Benth.)幼嫩叶片为外植体,研究了不同激素组合对大岩桐叶片再生体系的影响及抗生素卡那霉素的敏感浓度。结果表明:不同激素组合对不定芽的诱导效果差异显著,叶片不定芽的诱导和增殖的最佳培养基均为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根适宜培养基1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA,大岩桐叶片对卡那霉素的敏感浓度为200 mg/L。
- Abstract:
- Taking the leaves of Sinningia speciosa Benth. as explants,the concentration of the different hormone combinations of the Sinningia speciosa Benth. leaves regeneration system and the antibiotics sensitive to kanamycin were studied.The results showed that the significantly different effects of different hormone combinations induction of adventitious bud,the optimal medium for leaf induction was MS with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,while the 1/2 MS medium with 0.5 mg/L NAA was successful for rapid rooting.The leaves of Sinningia speciosa Benth. with 200 mg/Lkanamycin were sensitive.
