- 以芥菜种子为试材,采用非培养皿法,研究了不同浓度的硫脲、KNO3和H2O2对荠菜种子发芽的影响。结果表明:经化学试剂处理后芥菜种子发芽势、发芽率均比对照有所提高,其中以04%的硫脲处理对促进荠菜种子发芽的效果最好,0.06% H2O2次之,最后是1.0% KNO3处理,它们在提高发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数上均有较好的效果。
- Abstract:
- Taking the seeds of Capsella bursa pastori as materials,the effect of different concentrations of Thiourea,H2O2,KNO3solutions on the germination of Capsella bursa pastori seeds were studied by being cultured in cultured dishes.The results showed that the germination energy and germination percentage of Capsella bursa pastori increased obviously by treating the seeds with different chemicals.The best treatment was 0.4% Thiourea,followed by 0.06% H2O2 and 1.0% KNO3.They improved the germination potential,germination rate and germination index better.
