- 以不同色系的“白雪山”、“绯扇”、“澳洲黄金”3个切花月季为试材,进行单因素试验和正交实验设计,研究了维生素C、阿司匹林及不同月季品种对月季切花保鲜的效果。结果表明:A3B2C1(1.0 g/L维生素C+0.5 g/L阿司匹林+“白雪山”)瓶插寿命效果最好;A1B2C2(0.0 g/L维生素C+0.5 g/L 阿司匹林+“绯扇”)的盛花期效果最好。
- Abstract:
- Taking three different color scheme varieties of cut rose flowers ‘Mount Shaste’,‘Hiogo’ and ‘Australian Glod’ as test materials,the effect of vitamin C,aspirin and different varieties of rose on preservation on fresh-keeping effect of rose were studied by single experiment and orthogonal test.The results showed that the vase life of A2B2C1(0.5 g/L vitamin C+0.5 g/L aspirin+‘Mount shaste’) had the best effect,and the full flower stage of A3B1C2(1.0 g/L vitamin C+0.0 g/L aspirin+‘Hiogo’) had the best effect.
