摘要:
以黑心菊为试材，研究了多效唑、促控灵、矮壮素3种植物生长抑制剂在株高20 cm时对黑心菊矮化效果的影响。结果表明：多效唑浓度为1000 mg/L时对黑心菊的矮化效果最为显著;促控灵浓度为2.0 mg/L时对黑心菊的矮化增粗效果最为显著;矮壮素浓度为1000 mg/L时对黑心菊的矮化增粗效果最为显著。
Abstract:
Taking Rudbeckia hybirta as test material，the effect of different concentrations of 3 kinds of growth inhibitors of paclobutrazol，promote control spirit，cycocel on Rudbeckia hybirta dwarf effect were studied when that plant height was 20 cm.The results showed that dwarf effects of 1000 mg/L paclobutrazol was the most significant；the dwarf and coarsening effects of 2.0 mg/L promote control spirit was the most significant，and the dwarf and coarsening effects of 1000 mg/L cycocel was the most significant.
